When to book your session…
Newborn – The best time to photograph a newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age. After two weeks, babies are a little harder to settle and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. Preferred time is when the baby is 6 – 10 days old. You can contact me at any time during your pregnancy to give me an estimated due date, I will then make a tentative booking and when you arrive home from hospital with your brand new baby, you can contact me to arrange a suitable time and day for your session.
Maternity –The best time for maternity session is when you are between 32-36 weeks. We want to capture your beautiful growing belly before you get too uncomfortable. Please contact me during your second trimester to schedule a session.
Lifestyle and Milestones – We’ll work together to find the best time that works for both of us. To ensure availability, it’s best to contact me 2 – 3 weeks prior to the date you have in mind.
Where your session is held…
It all depends on the session type. Your newborn session can take place in my studio or in your home…sometimes outdoors. Other sessions can be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather and your preference. We can coordinate the details when we schedule you for your session. On location fee may be applicable depending on the location.
How long will your session take…
Newborn sessions can take 2-4 hours, allowing enough time for feeding and comforting. Lifestyle sessions can take 1-2 hours. Other sessions are limited to 1 hour. Review the session details for more information.
Ordering…
About 2 weeks after your session, your private online gallery will be ready for viewing. During this time, you will review beautiful images personally created for you and your family. Simply, select the images you want for your digital file option. You can also order everyday prints and gifts using your online gallery, which is linked to a professional lab that I work with. Other specialty products such as an heirloom album are also available. Your online gallery will be available for 2 weeks. Once the gallery has been closed, there will be a $25 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 7 days.
Payment…
Payment is due at the time of booking. Payments for optional products are due at the time of the order. If you are placing an order via email, an invoice will be sent back to you for payment. Once full payment is received, your products will be ordered. Payment can be made by PayPal, Major Credit Cards, Personal Check or Cash. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued.

Ally Bryce Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Ally Bryce Photography, even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring Ally Bryce Photography, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation…
Working with families and children, I have heard it all! I understand that life throws us surprises and I am happy to work with you to find a new date or time if needed. If I see a rain or wind advisory that will negatively affect your session, I will call you.
